Every vehicle in the UK
that is more than three years old needs to be
tested to ensure that it complies with at least
the minimum road safety and environmental
standards.
When your vehicle is tested, we look at some
important items to see if they meet the legal
requirements. Testing ensures that vehicles are
in a safe and roadworthy condition at the time
of the test, but you should be aware that the
MOT certificate is not a guarantee of the
general mechanical condition of a vehicle.

Our MOT Testing Station has two qualified MOT
Testers/Mechanics, and an MOT Assistant. We are
able to test any Class 4 & Class 7
vehicles by appointment.
The Emissions test is an important part of the
MOT. Faults and defects that cause harmful
emissions can develop in less than 12 months, so
it is important to keep track of your emissions
between tests.
